Every account you setup in your reseller plan comes with it's own control panel (called CPanel) that you will have access to. It is from this control panel that you (or your customer) will be able to do such things as setup email accounts, setup MySQL databases, view visitor statistics, and a whole lot more.

You can access your control panel directly from your browser, or any other browser (i.e. you do not have to be at your computer to access it.... you can be at someone else's computer.... as long as you have access to the internet, you can access your control panel).
